To use a gift card as your payment method, follow these simple steps:

Enter Gift Card Information:
During the billing step of checkout, choose the "Gift Card" option under payment methods.
Enter the card number and control code, then click "Apply" to use your gift card for payment.

Finalizing Payment: If the gift card is valid, it will now be applied to your order. Continue through the checkout process until you reach the payment section where you can see the adjusted total with the gift card applied.
- Confirmation of Discount: Please note that the final price will only be adjusted after selecting a payment method and proceeding to checkout. The discount will be visible at that point, reflecting the use of your gift card.
The validity period of the gift card is specified directly on the card itself, so make sure your card is still within the active period.
How to find your gift card number
For Online Purchases: If you bought your gift card through the online shop, you can find the card number and control code at the bottom of the PDF file that was sent to you.
For Physical Gift Cards: If you purchased a physical gift card from a store, the card number and control code are located on the back of the card.
How many gift cards can I add to my purchase?
It is possible to add up to 5 gift cards per purchase you make. The maximum amount allowed for a purchase is € 150.
Can I combine a gift card payment with other payment methods?
Can I combine a gift card payment with other payment methods?
Yes, you can easily combine a gift card payment with a PayPal or credit card payment in the same purchase.
It is however not possible to combine a gift card payment with a Klarna invoice or Klarna account payment.
Is it possible to return items purchased with a gift card?
Yes, you will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order.
If you paid the full amount of your order with a gift card, we will issue you a new gift card for the same amount.
If you paid for your order by combining a gift card with another payment method, we will first refund the amount paid by that payment method. Any residual amount will be refunded in the form of a new gift card.
Note, the control code does not change when you receive a new gift card.
Can I use a store-bought physical gift card in the online shop?
Yes, we accept online payment by gift cards purchased in physical stores.
Is it possible to cancel my gift card if I lose it?
No, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel a lost gift card.
Why can't I use a discount code to buy a gift card?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply any form of discount when purchasing a gift card.
